HANNE BLOCH offers a 30 day right of cancellation, effective from the day you receive your goods. 

We help with fast & safe shipping with your own personal pickup. You only need to cover part of the shipping, and we take care of the rest. Click here to see our Exchanges & Returns page.

Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached and any sanitary protection labels in place. You will bear the costs associated with returning the goods. If returning an item from outside the EU, please clearly mark 'Returned Items' on the outer packaging of your parcel and most importantly ensure that the 'Return Goods' option is ticked on the customs declaration form, to prevent any import charges and taxes being applied. HANNE BLOCH is NOT responsible for any return custom charges made. Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service. Packages must be delivered directly to the HANNE BLOCH showroom and not to package stations/boxes nearby, Danish customers should therefore not send with DAO. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
