Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all deliveries from HANNE BLOCH (Bloch ApS). Conditions apply in cases where no other written agreement exists between you as buyer and HANNE BLOCH.

Delivery and transport


The shipment of goods will be delivered at the consumer's address with DHL or PostNord/DPD within 1 - 5 business days. Delivery of goods from HANNE BLOCH is considered complete when the consumer has received the goods ordered

Returns


HANNE BLOCH offers a 30 day right of cancellation, effective from the day you receive your goods. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached and any sanitary protection labels in place. You will bear the costs associated with returning the goods. If returning an item from outside the EU, please clearly mark 'Returned Items' on the outer packaging of your parcel and most importantly ensure that the 'Return Goods' option is ticked on the customs declaration form, to prevent any import charges and taxes being applied. HANNE BLOCH is NOT responsible for any return custom charges made. Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service. Packages must be delivered directly to the HANNE BLOCH showroom and not to package stations/boxes nearby, Danish customers should therefore not send with DAO. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.

Price and payment


In this store you can order your products online and pay with Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, JCB and American Express. HANNE BLOCH - http://www.hanne-bloch.com - is not responsible for pricing, typographical, or other errors.

When shopping from a non-EU country, please note that import customs and taxes are not shown, and will be charged by tax authorities upon import of the product. If you refuse reception of your order, we will return the package to us and issue a full refund to you less the return cost.

If there are product descriptions and user labels for the product, follow these. For further information or advice contact HANNE BLOCH. Bloch ApS warrants that the goods meet the requirements for CE marking.

The risk of goods


The risk of goods purchased from HANNE BLOCH transfers to you as a consumer at the time of delivery.

Complaints


Any complaints due to errors or shortcomings in the supply from HANNE BLOCH, must be done within a reasonable time after you have discovered the error. It is your duty to state and upon request, show how the error manifests itself. If you discover an error, you must quickly contact:
