Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to all deliveries from HANNE BLOCH (Bloch ApS). These conditions apply unless otherwise agreed in writing between you as the buyer and HANNE BLOCH.
Delivery and shipping
Orders are shipped with FedEx or PostNord and delivered directly to your shipping address. Standard delivery time is 1–3 business days.
For international orders outside the EU, customs procedures may cause occasional delays. These processes are outside our control, but we will always assist to resolve any matter soonest possible.
Delivery is considered complete once the order has been received by the customer.
Returns
You may cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order. Please note that all sales are final during Sample & Archive Sales and are not eligible for return or cancellation.
To be eligible for return, items must be in original condition, unused, with all tags attached and hygiene protection in place.
Return requests must be registered within the 14-day cancellation period using our Return Page. Once registered, you have an additional 14 days to ship the item back to HANNE BLOCH. In total, returns must be shipped within 28 days from the delivery date. Returns shipped after this window are not eligible for refund, cancellation, or exchange.
All returns must be created through our Return Page, where you will also receive a free return shipping label. A processing fee of 15€ / $15 / 45 DKK will be deducted from your refund to cover unpacking, cleaning, steaming, and repackaging.
We strongly recommend using HANNE BLOCH’s return label to avoid customs charges and ensure a smooth process. HANNE BLOCH is not responsible for customs charges incurred when customers return items using their own shipping service. If you choose your own carrier, returns must be sent with a trackable and insured service. For returns from outside the EU, clearly mark the parcel as “Returned Goods” on all customs documentation to prevent import duties and taxes.
Packages must be delivered directly to the HANNE BLOCH showroom and not to parcel shops, lockers, or pickup stations. Danish customers should not use DAO, as we cannot collect from their parcel locations. HANNE BLOCH is not responsible for lost or damaged return parcels in transit.

Price and payment
You can place orders online and pay with Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, JCB, or American Express. While we strive for accuracy, HANNE BLOCH is not responsible for pricing errors, typographical mistakes, or other inaccuracies.
All local import duties, taxes, and customs fees are included in the purchase price, with the exception of UAE and India, where such charges will be applied by local authorities and must be paid by the recipient upon import.
Documentation and Guidance
If a product includes instructions, care labels, or documentation, these should be followed. For additional guidance or product questions, you are always welcome to contact HANNE BLOCH. All products meet the applicable requirements for CE marking.
The risk of goods
The risk and responsibility for the goods transfer to you upon delivery, meaning from the moment the order is received at your address.
Complaints
If you discover a defect or issue with your product, you must notify us within a reasonable time after identifying the problem. When submitting a complaint, you may be asked to describe and document the defect, such as with photos.
