The following terms and conditions apply to all deliveries from Bloch ApS. Conditions apply in cases where no other written agreement exists between you as buyer and Bloch ApS.
Documentation and Guidance
If there are product descriptions and user labels for the product, follow these with delivery from Bloch Aps. For further information or advice contact HANNE BLOCH. Bloch ApS warrants that the goods meet the requirements for CE marking.
Delivery and transport
Delivery of goods from Bloch ApS is considered complete when the consumer has received the goods supplied. The shipment of goods will be delivered at the consumers address with mail or TNT within 1 - 5 business days.
The risk of goods
The risk of goods purchased from Bloch ApS transfers to you as a consumer at the time of delivery.
Any complaints due to errors or shortcomings in the supply from Bloch ApS, must be done within a reasonable time after you have discovered the error. It is your duty to state and upon request, show how the error manifests itself. If you discover an error, you must quickly contact:

Complaints can be made about defects that become apparent within two years after delivery.
Price and payment
In this store you can order your products online and pay with Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, JCB and American Express. All prices in HANNE BLOCH Bloch ApS - http://www.hanne-bloch.com - includes VAT. When shopping from a non-EU country, please note that import customs and taxes will be deducted at check-out, and then charged upon import of the product.
HANNE BLOCH offers a 14 day right of cancellation, effective from the day you receive your goods. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached and any sanitary protection labels in place. You will bear the costs associated with returning the goods. If returning an item from outside the EU, please clearly mark 'Returned Items' on the outer packaging of your parcel and most importantly ensure that the 'Return Goods' option is ticked on the customs declaration form, to prevent any import charges and taxes being applied. HANNE BLOCH is NOT responsible for any return custom charges made. Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
