  • Is shipping free?

Yes. Shipping is free worldwide, with FedEx International Priority for international orders and PostNord in Denmark.

  • When will my order arrive?

1 to 2 business days in Denmark with PostNord, and 1 to 3 business days internationally with FedEx Priority. Customs clearance outside the EU can occasionally add a day; if it does, we follow up until it is resolved.

  • How do returns and exchanges work?

You have 14 days from delivery to register a return or exchange through our Exchanges & Returns portal, which also gives you a prepaid return label. Items must be unworn, with tags attached, and returned in the HANNE BLOCH box. Archive Sale items, gift cards, and custom pieces are final sale. Full details are in our Terms and Conditions.

  • What is Grade 6A mulberry silk?

The highest grade silk can achieve. Only 1 to 2% of the world's mulberry silk reaches Grade 6A, and it is the only silk we use. Each yarn is crafted from 10 to 11 cocoons into a single fine filament, then woven into our silk tulle by the family mill in Turkey we have worked with since 2008.   • Where are HANNE BLOCH pieces made?

Every piece is designed in Copenhagen by Hanne and Olivia and crafted in Portugal, in a 20-person atelier led by Cristina, a team we have worked with side by side for over a decade. The silk is woven in Turkey, and our knits are woven in Italy from yarn-dyed strands, which is why their color stays lively for years. You can read more about our fabrics here.

  • Will I pay any duties or taxes on delivery?

No. All duties and taxes are included in our prices, worldwide. The price you see is the price you pay. No surprises at your door.

  • I am in doubt about my size. What should I choose?

Start with See How It Fits, which shows each piece on different bodies and heights. Still unsure? Email us your usual size or measurements at shop@hanne-bloch.com and our designer Olivia will recommend your best fit. And if a piece does not fit once it arrives, you can return it within 14 days.

  • How do I care for silk?

Wash rarely; hanging a piece outside usually freshens it. When needed, hand wash in cold water (max 30C), rinse for 2 to 5 minutes without soaking, and air dry. Use a silk detergent if necessary. More on how our silk is made on the silk tulle page.

  • How do I care for swimwear and knits?

Rinse swimwear after every swim, in pools or the ocean. Both swimwear and knits are cold hand wash (max 30C) and air dry.

  • Is HANNE BLOCH a conscious brand?

We produce in small, intentional quantities, only what we believe we can sell, so nothing is made to be left over. Pieces are designed to last for years, and with a little care, perhaps a generation more. It is harder for us, but better for our planet. You can read more on our values page and in Hanne's journey.

  • An item I love is sold out. Will it return?

If a piece is coming back, you will find a pre-order button on its product page; pre-ordering reserves yours from the next production. Black and white styles return every season, and seasonal colors are made in limited runs.

  • Can I send an order as a gift?

Yes. Every order is packed in our box with silk paper, the packing slip never shows prices, and you can add a complimentary gift message at checkout. Every order also includes a complimentary knit drawstring bag, chosen by you in the cart.

  • Do you have another question?
