Outside the EU and Norway, Moving Sale orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

A return contribution of €15 / US$15 / 45 DKK covers your return shipping.
Every returned piece is then inspected, cleaned, and steamed with care.

If your order arrived in a Hanne Bloch gift box, please return it together with the original outer shipping box; otherwise €30 is deducted from your refund.
Complimentary gifts that came with your order should be returned with your piece; otherwise the value of the gift is deducted from your refund.
