How do I place an order?

Sign in to your wholesale account, enter the quantities you need by size on each product, and submit your order sheet. We confirm every order with an invoice before anything is made.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes. The minimum is EUR 5,000 or USD 5,000 per order.

Which currencies can I order in?

EUR and USD. Your prices and invoice follow your account's currency.

How is pricing shown?

Each product shows your wholesale price (WSP), with the recommended retail price (MSRP) alongside for reference. Wholesale is 40% of the recommended retail.

How and when do I pay?

Terms are agreed per account. Unless we have agreed otherwise in writing, orders are settled in full before dispatch, and your invoice confirms the terms for that order.

When will my order arrive?

Everything is made to order at our atelier in Portugal. In-stock pieces ship once your order is confirmed and paid. Pre-season pieces follow each product's delivery window, for example SS27 from April to June 2027, and Resort27 from November to February.

How does shipping work?

Orders ship EXW our atelier in Portugal via FedEx. Under EXW terms, import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility. Title remains with Bloch ApS until payment is received in full.

Can I mix sizes and reorder?

Yes. You set the quantity per size on each product, and you can reorder subject to availability, as everything is made to order.

What is the returns policy?

Please inspect your delivery on arrival and tell us of any fault or discrepancy within 10 days of receipt. Wholesale orders are not sold on a sale-or-return basis.

Can I run promotions on the products?

We ask partners to hold the recommended retail price, and to agree any promotional pricing with us in advance, so the brand stays consistent across every stockist.

What are the pieces made of?

Our silk is 100% Grade 6A mulberry silk, woven by the family mill we have worked with since 2008. Everything is designed in Copenhagen by Hanne and Olivia and sewn at our atelier in Portugal.
