ORIGIN
Our italian knit fabrics are produced in Italy, with garments sewn in Portugal.
Italy’s knitwear heritage is rooted in historic textile areas in central Italy, known for their expertise in lightweight knits, fine yarns and advanced finishing techniques
COMPOSITION & CONSTRUCTION
Composition: Often made from 100% viscose. Some styles may be blended with metallic fibres. You can find the exact composition under Materials & Care on each product page.
Construction: All styles are produced on Raschel warp knitting machines using a 300 denier yarn.
Denier (D) refers to the thickness of the yarn. 300 denier places this yarn in the heavier end of the spectrum, resulting in a more substantial and durable knit.
PROPERTIES
Viscose is derived from plant-based materials and refined into fibre.
- Breathable
- Absorbency
- Soft on the skin
CARE
Fold when not in use. Do not hang, as this may stretch the knit.
Wash sparingly. If needed, hand wash cold (max 30°C).
Use a mild detergent suitable for delicate fabrics.
When wet, gently reshape to its original size. Lay flat on a drying rack to dry.

The knit is made using filament yarns, created from long, continuous fibers. This gives the fabric a smooth, even surface with a soft feel and a refined appearance.
The yarn is dyed before the fabric is knitted, helping to achieve consistent, long-lasting color throughout the material.
CRAFTMANSHIP
Raschel knitting is a technique that creates a lightweight yet stable fabric, allowing patterns to be knitted directly into the material.
Raschel knitting allows for complex patterns and colour combinations.
Each yarn is thoughtfully selected to build layered color effects within the knit.
